Indeed, my thesis will consist on translating and localising a videogame from English to French, which is my mother tongue. Thus, I would like to ask you your permission to work on this game. Ah, I'm sorry it's taken me so long to reply to this! I haven't been feeling well, and haven't been checking itch.io regularly because of it.
I don't think "The Golden God of Aiolia" would work well for such a project; in fact, I'm not sure it would even be viewed as acceptable, as it's barely a game at all, just a novel with a few points of interactivity added to justify having put it in Ren'py. It's also pretty long--about 100k words, plus another 30k of glossary and other extras--so it would probably be a bit more than what you're looking for. On top of that, there are a lot of ancient Greek words sprinkled into the text, which would add unnecessary difficulty to the task.
